Data deletion
Updated September 8, 2026.
Control your publishing connections, local files and hosted account information separately.
Disconnect a publishing account
In Semper Cue, sign into the account that owns the connection. Open Cross Cue → Accounts and choose Disconnect for the destination. Semper Cue disables that grant, clears its encrypted provider credentials and pauses related workflows. You can also remove Semper Cue in the provider's connected-app settings. Disconnecting does not delete existing platform posts.
Request hosted data deletion
Email [email protected] from your account email with the subject “Semper Cue data deletion.” Specify whether you want publishing-connection metadata or the whole Semper Cue account deleted. Never include passwords, access tokens or developer credentials. We verify ownership, explain any information that must be retained, and confirm the outcome by email. Hosted account deletion does not remotely erase files from your PC or content posted to social platforms.
Local media and published content
Local originals, edits, prepared files and delivery history stay on your Windows PC. Removing an item from Content hides it from the active library and preserves existing edits and delivery history; it is not a promise of permanent disk erasure. Contact support for help identifying stored files before deleting data you may need. Delete published posts using the destination platform's own controls.
Google account access
You may revoke Semper Cue's Google access from Google Account permissions. Review the Privacy notice for how local media and hosted credentials are handled.
